We indulged in a set menu that took in many of their favourites, although looking at the menu again now we feel the need to urgently go back and try some of the dishes we missed. Guacamole and esquites (corn served in a cup) were a gentle introduction, while the ceviche Acapulco was mouthwatering with its accompanying corn chips. The taco with tempura prawn, pineapple salsa, avocado Jl. Kayujati No. 9 X, Petitenget Beach, Seminyak and coriander ramped up the excitement for our favourite – the Mexican style pork ribs with fresh tacos. We almost forgot about the pork belly and grilled fish tacos in our rush to tell you that it was, inevitably, washed down with some tequila-based cocktails, but fear not if that is not your thing.
