Line 1 of the Panama Metro

Has a line mostly in a north-south direction and links the National Bus Terminal Station, in "Albrook (ALB)", with the station "San Isidro (SIS)" in the north of the Metropolitan Area of the city of Panama and has a length of approximately 16 kilometers. This route is inserted in a corridor of high demand for public transport.(Línea 1 del Metro de Panamá)

The selected route begins its journey in the Transístmica Avenue and then continue along the Avenida Fernández de Córdoba to Avenida España, from there to the beginning of Justo Arosemena Avenue, where it extends until reaching a place close to Plaza 5 May and continue its journey to the sector of the Albrook Transport Terminal. 2 terminals

3 transfer with other means of transport and for future lines (Albrook, San Miguelito, San Isidro)

Each station has a platform length of up to 110 meters, depending on the characteristics and final conformation of trains.

An installation of patios and workshops, at the end of the line in the sector of Albrook, developed in an area of approximately 10 hectares. In this same area is located the Operations Control Center (CCO).

Its mode of operation is highly automated, with detection and monitoring system through state-of-the-art technology.

SCHEDULES

The daily operating hours of 5:00 a.m. at 11:00 p.m. (18 hours).

Sundays and Holidays from 7:00 a.m. at 10:00 p.m. (15 hours).
