Where Passions Spark Connection

A LOOK INSIDE MEMBER-LED CLUBS & INTEREST GROUPS

Across Esplanade communities, member-led clubs and interest groups are quietly shaping something extraordinary: spaces where neighbors become friends, hobbies turn into shared rituals, and everyday moments feel a little more meaningful.

Whether it’ s gathering for a“ crafternoon” at Skye Ranch, bike-riding scenic trails around Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch, or diving into historical fiction with best-selling authors at Esplanade Lake Club, these gatherings go far beyond the activities themselves. They’ re about belonging, curiosity, and the joy of showing up for one another.
At Esplanade at Artisan Lakes, the Samba Club has grown from five members to nearly forty in just a year. Meeting weekly for lively rounds of this brain-boosting card game, the group has become a close-knit circle.“ Samba was introduced at one of the marketplaces here,” shares club leader Susan Howe.“ My pickleball friends helped get it off the ground, and through word of mouth, it’ s grown beyond my expectations. I’ ve made many new friends through this game. [ They’ re ] now almost like family.”
Lake Club- Book Club
At Esplanade Lake Club, the Book Club led by Dr. Linda Rosen has evolved into an engaging literary experience. With authors joining in for live discussions, including New York Times best-selling author Kate Quinn, members gain direct insight into the stories they love.“ It started with a love of reading,” Linda shares,“ but it’ s become [...] so much more.”
