When we first introduced Esplanade in Florida 12 years ago , we could not have imagined the growth of the brand and how many lives we would positively impact across our communities . Since then , Esplanade has expanded to nearly
30 communities nationwide , most recently launching in markets including Charlotte , North Carolina ; Temecula , California ; and Sacramento , California . As we head into 2025 , we look forward to even greater growth and introducing our beloved Esplanade communities in several new markets .
