After moving between eight different cities throughout their marriage , John and Kim Coliton finally had the opportunity to choose where they wanted to settle down — and they chose Esplanade at Azario , Lakewood Ranch . “ Our careers have always dictated where we live in the country ,” John explains , “ so this is the first time in our lives we get to choose where we want to live , and we couldn ’ t be happier here in our paradise .”
Since finding their haven , the couple have enjoyed crafting a lifestyle that feels tailormade for them . “ Our home is where it all happens ,” says John . “ We love the open concept , from the dining room to the living area , and it flows seamlessly to the outside as well .” He continues , “ Plus , this home allows for so much opportunity for hosting friends and family , and it just really enables us to have all our friends in one location .” Kim adds , “ We had friends visiting last week , and they signed our guest book . Well , I had to chuckle , because they wrote that we had attained ‘ Superhost ’ status .” This heartfelt acknowledgment is a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the Colitons — and many other residents — have cultivated within their homes .
