IET in a safe environment. Requirements for separate and secure are located in paragraph 2-9. Many of the host
services barracks/dormitories do not support Army separate and secure requirements. Commanders may request an
exception to policy from TRADOC DCG-IMT (ATCG-MT), 210 Dillon Circle, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5701 for the
physical security and supervisory measure requirements in paragraph 2-8. This request must be initiated with the
requesting unit through the first colonel in the chain of command through the proponent school to the HQ.
