DO NOT FIGHT YOUR ADDICTION OR ALCOHOLISM - EASE OUT OF IT EFFORTLESSLY
Before you edged into addiction or alcoholism it was fun to indulge in your vice. You had no stress, misery - or dread going into
it. Over weeks, months, or years it became a fixation - which turned into a tight self-destructive circle of compulsive behavior.
You should have the same FUN edging out of addiction as you went into it. No stress, no misery, no dread to overcome
your addiction. No uphill battle of self-control against your cravings is needed.
Quitting addiction can be approached another way. Call it a head tilt at the problem. You do not need to go to AA, Rehab, or a
Substance Abuse Clinic. In fact, it is better that you go it alone with the “Be Here Now” process - as presented in these e-
books. Recovery from addiction MUST BE FUN, and not a nightmare of fighting your cravings!
We do not agree with, and do not apply the methods taught by AA, Rehab, and Substance Abuse Clinics. One size does not fit
all because YOU ARE UNIQUE. These organizations are doing a great job, but there is a far better - and easier way to stop
addiction.
Addiction is an apparatus that comprises physical, environmental, emotional, and mental elements. Each person’s addiction
apparatus is unique to anybody else’s - because you have a unique set of circumstances that have led you into addiction or
alcohol abuse. You also have a unique DNA makeup.
Your addiction apparatus is like an algorithm that is built BY YOU, FOR YOU, and AROUND YOU. It consists of a series of
on/off switches - like a computer binary program. Only you can dismantle YOUR apparatus because it holds your DNA. If you
flip 1 or 2 of these switches, your apparatus begins to crumble. Switch 6 or 7 of them in the correct sequence and it collapses
on itself. This is because the addiction apparatus is very fragile, even though it looks so powerful. It is a mind trap filled with
illusion.
