The SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500F photometric gas analyzer is a key solution for quality control – in combination with a back pressure regulator, it offers an accuracy of +/-0.2 % between the range of 80-100 % CO 2
.
Capable of single or multi-component gas monitoring in corrosive, toxic or flammable streams, the SpectraExact 2500F uses Infrared and Gas Filter Correlation technologies to measure CO 2 at percentage and parts-per-million levels. This means it can measure the flue gas to ensure most CO 2 has been removed, and is also capable of assessing the purity of the removed CO 2 prior to it going to storage.
The sensor is kept separate from the sample cell, ensuring non-contact analysis, ease of maintenance, and safe operation, while a full suite of digital communications allows remote control of its full functionality.
Ammonia slip and DeNOx control
Reducing NOx emissions from combustion processes is a key objective for meeting environmental legislation.
Using advanced Tunable Diode Laser( TDL) technology, the SERVOTOUGH Laser 3 Plus Environmental is designed to help operators take control of combustion emissions by delivering accurate ammonia( NH 3
) measurements in DeNOx processes.
The Laser 3 Plus Environmental is capable of withstanding process temperatures up to 500 ° C( 932 ° F). It offers a low detection limit and negligible zero drift, making it a reliable tool for maintaining accurate measurements over a long period of time, and only requires calibration once every twelve months.
Supported by its auto-validation software capabilities, the analyzer also helps maintain the necessary uptime to overcome the regulatory challenges of CEMS applications and comply with EPA PS18 for NH 3
.
