www.ersa-stringers.com DTB Deutscher Tennis Bund is bringing their own Official Ball in the Market- Official Partner with Wilson as Official Ball The German Tennis Association is going a new way starting January 2018 The DTB, the largest tennis association in the world is introducing a new ball concept for 2018. Together with Wilson the new “DTB Tour” ball has been developed, which will be played in all tournaments covered by the national association, such as the German Masters Series. With the new DTB Tour, the German Tennis Association has brought for the first time a ball labelled with their name. The “DTB Tour” is made to be a heavy duty long lasting ball, helped by the high percent of wool in the felt and the “Element Guard Technology”. The ball is highly water resistant and dirt resistant, keeping it easier to see on red clay courts. A special new material in the center along with a special felt make it very playable with more Touch and Control. The ball will be used German Championships for all ages as well as the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga and all national club championships. On top of this Wilson will be the official presenter for the German Masters Series and will provide 35,000 balls for the 49 events in this national tournament series.
