THE OFFICIAL EQUIPMENT OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Since 2013, Babolat is the Official Licensee of the Championships for tennis rackets, shoes
(except Japan), bags and accessories.
This year, Thiem’s racquet of choice, the Strike is the Official Racket of the Championships.
The Wimbledon Pure Strike 16/19 is available in Wimbledon colors of white and green.
Thiem is playing with Babolat VS Touch Natural Gut Black and RPM Blast Rough in his
racket.
Benoit Paire will play in the Wimbledon Propulse FURY, the official performance shoe
of the Championships. It is available in white or blue with the official Wimbledon logo. All
the ball girls and boys with be wearing JET Team Wimbledon shoes. The grass court soles
are developed together with Michelin for optimum performance on the grass courts of
Wimbledon.
The Racket Holder 12 Pure Wimbledon is the official bag of the Championships and
will be used by all Babolat Team Players. The bag has a isothermic pocket to protect the
strings from heat and moisture. It was designed to pass perfectly with he Wimbledon
Pure Strike racket.
