EROPA, NAPA prepare for 2014 EROPA Conference

Public Administrative Sciences; and Ma. Nong Mai
Tram, Program Officer of the International Cooperation
Department.
Meanwhile, among the staff of EROPA Secretariat
in attendance were: Ms. Ma. Estrella M. Ocampo,
Office Manager; Mr. Jose Angelito M. Aurelio,
Research Associate; and Ms. Eula Marie Mangaoang,
Researcher.
EROPA and NAPA officials and staff pose under the NCPAG
Dome after a short meeting on conference preparations.
After the meeting, the NAPA delegates were taken to
a short tour around Intramuros and Fort Santiago, two
of the popular historical sites and tourist destinations in
Manila. [EB]
Officials and staff from the National Academy of Public
Administration (NAPA), Hanoi, Vietnam, met with
Dr. Orlando S. Mercado, EROPA Secretary-General,
Dr. Maria Fe V. Mendoza, EROPA Deputy SecretaryGeneral for Research and Publications, and the staff
of EROPA Secretariat to work out preparations for the
2014 EROPA Conference on “Public Administration
and Governance in the Context of Regional and Global
Integration”. The meeting was held on 6 March 2014
at the Conference Room, Dean’s Office of the National
College of Public Administration and Governance,
University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
During the meeting, the delegates from NAPA clarified
the scope and nature of the themes and sub-themes
of the conference. Both EROPA and NAPA also set
