WELCOME WELCOME CONTACTS It is a brand new year and we are delighted to have a brand new programme bringing the very best drama, music and comedy to East Renfrewshire. Theatre Box Office 0141 577 4956 www.eastwoodparktheatre.co.uk Our first cultural programme of 2017 is busier and better than ever, packed with terrific entertainment and events. Portal to the Past www.portaltothepast.co.uk The forthcoming season at Eastwood Park Theatre has something for everyone with a few of the highlights including popular stand-ups like Des McLean bringing the laughs; Jenna Watt's critically-acclaimed onewoman show; and some of Scotland's finest tribute acts saluting chart-toppers like Abba, Queen and Little Mix. Libraries 0141 577 3500 [email protected] Meanwhile, our heritage and arts programme offers the chance to enjoy learning new skills – or brushing up some old ones – with classes on everything from computer skills and photography to jewellery-making and watercolour painting. There is also fun for children during the spring holidays with the chance to enjoy drama, 3D art or even some superhero training courses. An environmental theme runs through a lot of our activities, including a programme of art at the Waterworks Park in Barrhead. Our award-winning libraries will, of course, continue 2017 as they left 2016 with a range of terrific events, including readings from some of Scotland's most popular authors. So, a new programme for a new year. We hope you enjoy it. 02 Jim Wilson ERCL Chairman Barrhead Foundry 0141 580 1174 Eastwood Park Leisure 0141 577 4956 For individual staff contacts, the full programme and lots more visit the new website at www.ercultureandleisure.org BABES IN ARMS SEE PAGE 43 FOR FURTHER DETAILS DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE WHERE YOU SEE THIS LOGO (ALL Access = £1 discount) We love hearing from you.
