healthy life. Arguments for the benefits of the folk dances over the target group of the project:
They will learn how to familiarize their competences to the other countries.
This will produce the promotion of psychological well being and a reduction of stress, anxiety and
loneliness by dancing.
They will truly learn that the dance is the nutrition of the one's spirit. By dancing, a person makes its
spirit relaxed.

dancing, why the dance is so important in humans' life and why the people would like to learn how
to dance.
The community will benefit from the project, as the learners involved will be engaged in different
activities thus preventing them from becoming involved in aggressive acts, crime and disorder.
The involvement in extra-curricular training activities will help us to reduce anti social behavior by
engaging and changing young people's energies into positive activities.
The activities will provide an opportunity for people of all backgrounds and religions to come
together, which will reduce the likelihood through the respect for the individuals.
The project will produce better participants and learners who are more likely to want to integrate
the dances their own life and teach them to the future generation.

compare cultures and different ways of living, reinforcing the intercultural dialogue, the cooperation
and the European identity among the countries and reducing racial, religious discriminations and
violent and aggressive acts.
All in all, the impact of the partnership will become evident in various aspects of our life. The participating
learners will gain an understanding of what dances mean for personal life. Thus, the partnership will
contribute to improving the quality of dancing, reinforcing the European dimension and the co-operation
among learners, participating institutions and the participating community in the project. By involving dance
centers, dance companies and city councils, the partnership will enhance the participating institutions'
