and sagittal T2 (Fig. D) images shows mass lesion in left anterior 2/3rd of tongue
extending posteriorly as well as crossing the midline. There is posterior extension
along the lateral wall of oropharynx to involve the tonsillar pillar (shown in green
arrow) and left vallecula (shown in red arrow). The pre epiglottic space is not involved
(yellow arrow).
