Figure 13(A)-(D): Axial TIRM, coronal TIRM and post contrast axial images showing
bilateral cystic mass lesion on both sides in the sublingual space, involving the
whartons duct(yellow arrow), the lesion shows minimal peripheral enhancement.
On surgery it turned out to be a adenoid cystic neoplasm.
