Figure 7(A), (B) and (C): Well defined mass lesion in the right parapharyngeal/carotid
space displacing the lateral wall of the pharynx medially as well as displacing the
external and internal carotid artery laterally. No evidence of encasement of the
vessels. This most likely represents a neurogenic tumor.
