Figure 12(A)-(F): A large heterogenously mass lesion seen involving the right
nasopharynx obliterating fossa of Rosenmuller with consequent obstruction of the
Eustachian tube and fluid in the right mastoid air cells. There is displacement of right
parapharyngeal space laterally. The mass lesion is seen to extend inferiorly along the
posterlateral wall of the nasopharynx, oropharynx. There is involvement of the right
tonsillar pillars.
