Figure 7(A)-(D): Axial T2W and T1, axial and coronal post contrast images well
defined T2 hyperintense lesion (arrowhead) in the left parapharyngeal space. Fat is
identified surrounding the circumference of the lesion, indicating the origin in the PPS.
This lesion is enhancing on post contrast imaging mostly suggestive of a mixed salivary
gland tumour or a schwanomma.
