Figure 4(A) and (B): Axial and coronal post contrast CT studies showing well defined
hypodense cystic lesion (arrowhead) in the left parapharyngeal space with mild mass
effect on pharyngeal mucosal space, well appreciated on coronal images. Note the
inferior part of the left parapharyngeal space is well visualised as a linear fat pad. The
possibility of atypical 2nd branchial cyst is to be considered. (star - normal right
