Yes, J.P. and myself missed the opportunity with the pit stops and then Andre had the problem with the front tyres being on the wrong way round. We had a great chance for a 1-2, but somehow, it just didn’t happen. The race was still very exciting for the fans, as there was a lot of overtaking. What happened to us was also exciting for them, but not for us.

Exactly, as you both have won the Super Formula title in the past, especially as the current champion, Yamamoto-san, had his fair share of problems. It doesn’t what happens, as it is an exciting championship, where drivers from across the world come to race.

Indeed. Toyota has done a great job for developing the engine for Super Formula, which shows that they have a good technical understanding. I am hopeful that they can do the same here.
