As of September, ERA King is one of the few companies in the country (I know of none?) with an enhanced listing partnership with Trulia, Homes.com and Realtor.com. This means our listings come up first with access to ERAKing.com creating a first opportunity to sell your sellers property. Additionally, our new video boards should be installed this month in front of the Gadsden and Anniston offices. They are similar to digital bill boards and are really cool.
Best idea we heard at conference: Instead of collecting your check and going to the bank as soon as the closing is over, ask the buyers if they are ready to go to their new home. Then video them as they walk in the house and give them the welcoming home video as a closing present. Now who would take the extra few minutes to share an emotional moment with the proud family? ERA King, that’s who!
