Our 12 Months of Giving Campaign was such a huge success in 2012 that we continued our charity efforts in 2013. We are proud to announce that we again touched over 35 organizations in our local communities. Events such as our Charity Garage Sale for Aiden, partnering with EAFOA to help provide Christmas for 100 local families, serving others at The Soup Kitchen, raising money for children in need and other charitable acts allowed us to make a larger impact in our communities. Thank you to each of you for not only another successful year, but a rewarding one as well!

The 2013 sales numbers are simply amazing.

Units Sold – 1370 – 19.03% increase over 2012

Dollar Volume - $246,761,518 – 22.48% increase over 2012

Gross Commission Income - $6,924,445 – 23.85% increase over 2012

Very special kudos to Donna Sanders and Cher Dulaney for what I believe might be one of the biggest one year turn around in Cartus history. We have dubbed it “From the Red List to the Red Carpet”. Josh Wright has been integral on a daily basis working with Donna and the Relo Team. Also, this awesome success story could not and would not have happened without Candy Welch. Thanks to everyone especially our Relo Team Agents! Anna and I thank each and every one of you for the incredibly hard work and dedication you have shown. It will be my pleasure to BRAG on the ERA King Relocation Team at the 2014 Cartus Conference in February.

Now let’s turn to 2014 and beyond. To start things off we will have our 2014 Kickoff Breakfast at Barber Motor Sports Museum on February the 5th. Charlie Young, President and Chief Executive Officer of ERA Franchise Systems LLC, will be flying in from New Jersey for this event. It is possible there could be a very compromising situation concerning my mustache, we’ll have to wait and see. Jefferson Title has graciously volunteered to sponsor the Kickoff Breakfast.

Next we will have the ERA King Awards Banquet on February 13th at the Club. Jackson is thinking it is his Birthday Celebration Party, but instead this year’s theme will be “Hollywood’s Red Carpet" complete with all the pomp and circumstance. This will be a Don’t Miss!

Once again Anna and I thank you! Peace and Love!
