This new feature enables you to more quickly and simply connect with potential clients and record that activity with the touch of a button. You can reach customers soon after they inquire about a property and log the lead information all at once.
How it works:
In the past, you would follow five steps to manage a lead. Users would receive a phone call from LeadRouter, accept the lead and hang up, call the consumer and then manually update the lead in the system.
Now, when you receive the lead, you can accept it and then simply follow one step - pressing 5 on your phone’s keypad to initiate a call to the consumer without hanging up the phone. If you connect with the consumer or leave a voice mail and the call lasts more than 30 seconds, the call is logged in LeadRouter as the first update to the lead.
