OMS Disciple-Makers

In Ephesians, Paul writes that it is the responsibility of the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers“ to equip God’ s people to do his work and build up the church”( Ephesians 4:11 – 12, NLT).
But who trains those ministry leaders? And how can that be done if they are currently serving around the world?
That was the question my team members and I on the One Mission Society( OMS) Global Discipleship Team set out to answer.
