Rule #3- Carb up

Carbs and calories give great athletes a ton of energy. Given this information, obviously the more calories you eat, the better you will be. My advice is to eat everything in sight, better yet, go to McDonald's and order a ton of Big Macs to catch up. Stick to fatty food because they give you the capability for more energy to be stored. If you think that you won’t be able to take another bite….then you’re wrong, so start shoving that burger in. After a couple of days you’ll notice a huge difference in your mass and energy, and so will your fellow peers.

Rule #4- Get enough sleep

We all know that 8 hours of sleep isn’t enough to last us through the day. To be at the top of your game, you need to show up to practice without any dark circles under your eyes. Unlike others on the team, you went to nap in the nurse’s office three times today and skipped first period just to sleep an extra hour. While they’re struggling to keep their eyes open, you feel more energized than ever.

Note: If you’re lucky you can even take a fast nap during the water breaks, just try to not make anyone see you. You don’t want to reveal your strategy after all.
