Likewise, we have applied the principles of transparency
to our senior management profiling.
A review of our profile shows that the number of BAME
Board members has reduced from 33.3% to 28% up until
the end of March 2020, but the number of BAME Senior
Management staff has risen from 9% to 10.8% and the
number of BAME employees generally has moved from
22.6% to 24.4%
In terms of gender, our current workforce is made up of
75.7% female staff, Senior Management consists of 41.7%
females, and the Board has 44% female members.
For this year’s report, for the first time, the figures
provided also demonstrates the profiling for middle
management.
