Know your physical limits when outside doing physical work! Snow is heavy and increases strain and stress on the heart. Have someone else shovel the walk way

Substitute the sun

Get your daily requirement of Vitamin C either through food or supplement. Adults over the age of 19 require 75mg for women and 90mg for men however pregnant and lactating women require more as well as people who smoke.
