Vision , Mission , Core Values and Beliefs The individual belief systems that comprise our school community are both personal and diverse . We respect the values that establish our differences and embrace those that unify us . As a school community , we must collectively align with a shared purpose and belief system . Our work must remain steadfast in the pursuit of these values . Our actions and decisions must be purposeful in fulfilling these core values . Collectively understanding and striving toward shared goals is in the best interest of OUR school community . Last year we spent a great deal of time discussing and developing our vision statement , mission statement , and core values . We ask that you familiarize yourself with these items as they are the pillars of our school . Last , we will begin the New England Association of Schools and Colleges ( NEASC ) reaccreditation process this year . This experience is a large undertaking but provides invaluable information pertaining to our alignment with the items discussed above .
