Companies across all three industry segments indicated the lack of technical
skills/competencies among the talent pool as the main stumbling block for their recruitment.
They face difficulties typically in finding talents that are familiar with the medical devices
regulations and auditing processes. (See Appendix 3.1.5 for more information)
