Companies across all three industry segments indicated the lack of technical
skills/competencies among the talent pool as the main stumbling block for their recruitment.
More than 50% of the non-consumables companies also highlighted that they are facing
difficulties in recruitment due to the specialised knowledge required for certain hard to fill
positions.
