4. What are you most looking forward to at the 2014 MISS USA® Telecast LIVE on NBC and the two week competition?
"I am most excited to get on that stage at Miss USA! I have watched the Miss USA competition on television the past ten years so finally being that girl on the stage is a chance of a lifetime and a dream come true. I am so proud to be able to represent my wonderful state of Ohio on national television!"
5. What is the one thing you want the other Fifty contestants to know about your state?
"We are home to the 2015 National Champions the Ohio State Buckeyes and it is the year for Ohio to be the champion at the Miss USA competition as well!"
6. What advice would you give to young women considering entering MISS OHIO USA®?
Should one enter?
"To any women considering entering Miss Ohio USA, I recommend not hesitating and make up your mind to compete! You will not regret it. Competing in Miss Ohio USA I have gained skills and confidence that will benefit me throughout my lifetime. Before competing in Miss Ohio USA I was very shy and nervous about being on stage or speaking in public. Throughout my process to Miss Ohio USA, I have learned interview skills, how to stand out in a room, having confidence in any situation, and I have learned a lot about who I am as a person."
7. What words of wisdom to you have for the class of 2015 competing for MISS OHIO USA 2015?
"Be true to who you are. Don't try to be someone you are not or someone who you think the judges are looking for. Find out what makes you unique and showcase your attributes in your interview. On stage, have energy and truly live in the moment. The judges will see if you are having fun so enjoy your time on stage and shine!"
