In November 2017, Story Time Café greeted its first customers with a soft
opening at our One Market Vendor Event. Customers got to taste delicious
treats and order a “prose -sized” cup of fresh-brewed Lineage Coffee.
Today, Story Time Café greets OSOTA parents and scholars with appetizing
breakfast choices, sensational snacks, a variety of coffee options, and
flavorful refreshers.
Story Time Café is a meeting place
with a mission.
High School Scholars in the Culinary Arts program run the operation at
every level under the direction of Mrs. Romaniello. This is real-life learning
and discipleship; education and ministry are given hands-on expression in
our specialized cafe.
Chef Kerry Romaniello has done an amazing job of implementing quality training and professionalism
for her team. She is supported by Pastry Chef Nicole Molnar who is full of sweet surprises, and assists
daily in the instruction of culinary classes, as well as cafe operations. This is the one place on our
campus where our community gathers and stories meet.
