With his vocation and dedication he promote the human growth of his workers, inspired by the Social Doctrine.

This is the story of a manager who added value to the active participation in the life of the working community.

In 1946 he obtained a position in the factory Rigolleau SA glassworks, and fulfilled the dream that would later be completed when became the Deputy Director of the organization, having 3400 workers under his supervision.

This was the beginning of a new challenge and was exactly where he would leave his mark.

His occupation went beyond his work, his vision was deeper, and he had a very convincing personality. Seeing his employees needs, he promoted the law of family allowances and a pension fund to provide medical services, loans for emergencies and subsidies for disease.

Enrique Shaw had the traits of a charismatic leader and developed his work under the predominance of Peronism and Laborism.

He contributed to change the worker/ entrepreneur relationships and coordinate the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Church with excellence and profitability, working on the creation of a business perspective with meaning, vocation and social commitment.
