I seriously wish I could share this with
each of you! It is amazing. Perfectly
moist, crunchy, and tasty. This glu-
ten-free quiche is stuffed with roasted
Brussel Sprouts, garlic, thyme and
onions. The buttery crust is made with
wholesome ingredients. If you want
to try a healthy spin on a classic, this
is the way to go.

Ingredients
Crust Ingredients:
2 cups Bob’s Red Mill almond flour
1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Pinch of black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tsp. water
Mix together and place in 9-inch tart
pan. Bake at 400° F for 15 minutes.
Quiche ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp. sea salt
Dash of black pepper
Whisk together
Directions
Sautee Brussel Sprouts with onion and
garlic. Add to egg mixture and stir. Pour
into par-baked almond flour crust and
bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes.
ALMOND FLOUR QUICHE
