GRILLED THE SALMON AND LET IT REST IN A NICE SAUTEE SKILLET. SAUTEE 1/2 C OF SPINACH, WITH THE PEPPERS AND GREEN BEANS W/ OLIVE OIL UNTIL NICE & TRANSLUCENT. REMOV E FROM THE SKILLET AND LET DRAIN. PRE-HEAT SKILLET FOR THE POTATO STRINGS & LIGHTY FRY UNTIL NICE AND CRISPY TAKE OUT AND DRAIN ALL EXCESS OIL FROM THE POTATOES. PLACE THE SAUTEED VEGGIES AND THE EXTRA 1/2 C SPINACH TOSS TOGETHER AND THE PLACE THE POTATO PATTI ON TOP THEN UR SALMON FILET ON TOP OF THE POTATOS AND VEGGIES. TAKE THE JUICE OF THE LE,MON AND THE LIME AND SPRINKLE IT ALL OVer THE DISH AND NOW YOUR DONE AND YOU HAVE THE DELICIOUS TREAT .... THE SALMON DELIGHT
