Enid Symphony Center The Enid Symphony Center is the primary venue for the Enid Symphony Orchestra , the first civic orchestra in Oklahoma , founded in 1905 . ESP features classical and popular guest artists of regional , national and international stature . Gaslight Theatre / Turpin at Gaslight This local theatre presents entertaining stage productions regularly in the historic Criterion movie theater . Enid ’ s Community Theatre has an active season of 10 shows annually , which include a children ’ s show , a teen production , comedy dinner theatre and a free Shakespeare in the Park . The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center tells the extraordinary story of the 1893 land run , the largest in American history . The exceptional facility engages visitors in the history of the Cherokee Strip from settlement to present through five interactive exhibit galleries .
