Enhesa Webinar on
EHS Challenges in Low Risk
Industries: a Great Success
Over 250 attendees from around the world
joined Enhesa and GE Global Operations Properties
On the 5th and 7th November, Enhesa
hosted two sessions of a free webinar on
Global Compliance Challenges in ‘Low
Risk’ Environments. Over 250 industry
professionals attended the two sessions
to learn about the EHS challenges faced
by office, warehouse and retail operations - traditionally considered to pose
fewer risks than construction, industrial
or manufacturing sites.
The webinar sought to answer the following questions:
1 Are you aware of the health and safety reg-

warehouses, or other non-manufacturing facilities?
2 Have you kept track of the recent enforcement
activities associated with office compliance
transgressions?
3 Do you have policies and procedures in
place to deal with infractions or accidents in
non-manufacturing locations?
The webinar investigated how, due to the common understanding that offices, warehouses and retail spaces are “low risk” compared
to manufacturing or production sites, many
companies don’t allocate enough resources
to ensure compliance with EHS law in these
environments.
