Communication during the audit
• Daily debriefings will be provided at the end of each working day
Closing meeting
• A preliminary overview of the findings is presented to the facility
• Diverging opinions regarding the audit findings and/or
conclusions, between the audit team and the facility, are
discussed and, if possible, resolved.
• A list of missing or additional documents not provided during the
audit will also be presented to allow the site to fill any such gap
within a week from audit closure
