FROZEN
FROGMAN 2018
by Rachel Mayan
You know the saying – “when it rains, it pours,” and in the case of the
2018 Frozen Frogman, our participants, volunteers, and sponsors came
out on January 28th in an outpour of generosity and enthusiasm for a
great cause –The Travis Manion Foundation (TMF). With their help,
we raised a whopping $33,571.

As an entity, we really do
believe in enhancing people’s
lives while creating a sense
of community, as our mission
states. Supporting local
organizations and building a
sense of togetherness through
fitness and giving is what
drives these community
events we hold. The
Frozen Frogman
is one we love
because
we get to
support
TMF, an
organization that supports
families of fallen heroes, and we
also get to meet participants,
HAC members and non,
driven by the same passion for
supporting others. The funds
from this event will help TMF
put on expeditions for survivors,
an uplifting and cathartic
experience.
We cannot thank our
sponsors, participants, and
volunteers enough for their
efforts this year – we couldn’t
have done it without your
support. Until next year!
