S2: Hi Rose! I am coming to St Paddy’s Parade

S1: Oh really? When it is?

S2: It’s this Saturday, starting on 44th ST and then to the 5th Avenue. It’s gonna be really fun!

S1: What are going to do? Just watch?

S2: No. I am part of the marching band. I play the bagpipes.

S1: And who is this Paddy? Why are they always dressed in green?

S2: Paddy is a nickname for Saint Patrick, Ireland’s patron and that’s the reason why they are dressed in green costumes and wearing shamrocks, leprechauns and waving irish flags

S1: Oh! It sounds really awesome!

S2: Would you like to come?

S1: Oh sure! Let’s go!

The Sporty Man story.

Once upon a time, there was an old man who spent his all life loving sports. He started practicing football by the age of sixteen. While he was doing that, a friend told him to do tennis. Tennis is healthy and relaxing, the friend said. So the sporty man accepted. When he was about to celebrate two years with two sports, one day he started thinking about how life could be if he was a super sport man. He decided then to take as many sports as possible. One day was doing cycling. Next day he was up to swimming. The following day was practicing fencing. One week he was training for basketball match and the following month he was doing rhythm gymnastics. The years keep going and even though the sporty man was getting old, he still full of life. Then, he realized that his friend was right: Having a sporty life is a good way to make it longer.
