1. Why do people get fat?
Response: People get fat because they aren't eating the right types of food, eating too much food, and eating them in large portions. Lots of junk food, fried food, and very saturated with fat. Lack of exercise, and in general their unhealthy lifestyle.
2. Why can't people lose weight?
Response: Lack of discipline to avoid foods with fat and to know how to do it. For some it's too complicated, some are not motivated enough. They don't look at long term complications.
3. What would you do to get rid of obesity?
Response: I would understand the long term consequences. I would make a plan for eating right foods, and staying active. I would also understand the benefits of being healthy.
4. What are the main complains of the obese patients that come to you?
Response: Lots of joint pain, hip, knee, and lower back. poor mobility, getting out of breath quickly, sleep problems. Some come with diabetes and heart dieases.
