An Interview with the World Champion
Our student Tea Palčić, now 6.d, took part ina Dance Star World
Masters in Poreč from 20th-24th May 2015 and won the first
place in her cathegory – Urban Children SOLO. There were many
participants from different countries (Austria, Belarus, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Brasil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Chezk Republic, Finland,
Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Macedonia, Poland, Romania,
Russia, Slovenia, South Africa and Ukrain) so it was really a big
success. CONGRATULATIONS, TEA!

Question1: What is your name?
Tea: My name is Tea Palčić.
Question 2: How old are you?
Question 8: How much free time do you have
in a day?
Tea: I don't really have much free time
because I have to do my homework and school
stuff and then I go to train.
Tea: I'm 12 years old.
Question 3: When did you start dancing?
Tea: I started dancing when I was about
three years old.
Question 4: How long do you train per day ?
Question 9: Do you need a special diet for
dancing?
Tea: You don't really need a diet, you get in a
fit shape so you can eat anything, but it's
always better to eat fruit and vegies to have
more energy.
Tea: On weekdays I train for three hours and
on weekends I train about 8-10 hours so I am
not at home very much.
Question 10: How do you feel when you dance?
Question 5: How many tropheys have you won?
Question 11: Do you feel special?
Tea: I have won about seven tropheys so far.
Tea: I would say that dance gives you that
special feeling that you can't get from
anything.
Question 6: Are you scared before the
performance?
Tea: Yes, we are all a little scared before it,
but when you step on stage the fear is gone.
Tea: I feel free.
