Journalism / Newspaper
Students must obtain referral / application from the Newspaper room and submit it to the Newspaper teacher by the date specified on the application. Students will learn the skills necessary to design and produce a newspaper using state-of-the-art programs and equipment. Students will also learn the basics of graphic design, typography, photography, and journalism. Students must enjoy writing and be willing to invest time creating a quality news publication.
Prerequisites: Application Required; approval by Mrs. Zavala
