VOCABULARY
1. appetizer- the small dish before your main course. 2. bill- it also called the“ check”, this tells you how much you need to pay for your meal 3. dessert- the last sweet dish of your meal 4. entree’- the main course 5. hostess- the person at the front of the restaurant who greets you and seats you at a table 6. menu- the list of food and drink options available to order 7. party- the number of people who will be sitting at our table 8. tip- the money you should leave aside from your bill, usually 15 % of your bill 9. waiter / waitress- the person who takes your order and serves your food 10. wine list- the menu showing all the wine options you have

Hostess: Good evening sir, welcome to Steak House. How many people are in your party? สวัสดีตอนบ่ายครับคุณผู ้ชาย ยินดีต้อนรับสู ่ Steak House ครับ ไม่ทราบว่ามากันกี ่ท่านครับ?
Customer 1: Just two. แค่สองคนครับ
Hostess: This way please. เชิญทางนี้ครับ

Waitress: Here’ s the menu sir. May I take your order? นี ่เมนูค่ะคุณผู ้ชาย จะสั ่งอาหารเลยไหมคะ?
Customer 1: We are not decided yet. Can you give us a couple of minutes? เรายังตัดสินใจไม่ได้ครับ ขอเวลาซักครู่นะครับ
Waitress: Sure. Can I get you any drinks? The beverage menu is at the last page. ได้ค่ะ จะสั่งเครื่องดื่มอะไรไหมคะ เมนูเครื่องดื่มจะอยู่หน้า สุดท้ายค่ะ
Customer 1: I would like an iced coffee, please. ผมขอกาแฟเย็นหนึ่งแก้วครับ

Waitress: How do you want your steak cooked, rare, medium, or well done? คุณต้องการให้สเต็กสุก ดิบ สุกปานกลาง หรือสุกกำลังดีดีคะ?
Customer 1: Well done, please. สุกกำลังดีครับ
Customer 2: I would like to try the kimchi in your appetizer list then fried chicken with fries please. ฉันอยากจะลองทานกิมจิในเมนูเครื่องเคียง และขอไก่ทอดกับ เฟรนช์ฟรายส์ค่ะ
Waitress: Is that all? แค่นี ้นะคะ
