Why should you come back to Engineers and Producers Online Magaine?
Engineers and Producers was born out of the idea of giving back to a community that has given me so much over the years. It has been a struggle learning the equipment, recording software, editing tricks, mixing techniques, mastering, marketing and branding. The information that you need is only within arm's reach and is no big secret like it has been made out to be. Yes, it takes a certain type of person to have what it takes to produce great records, but having the tools at your disposal and the knowledge to back you, you can't go wrong.
In the beginning I had a very hard time finding help and information because people were scared they would lose their fire by helping. I believe the only way to move forward and to innovate, is to share with the new comers. It's the new fresh ideas and ways of thinking that innovate our art and by sharing it opens those doors.
At Engineers and Producers, we want to provide you with the information you need to help you elevate your music and bring it to professional standards.
We will be covering many aspects of the role of an engineer and producer inside and outside the studio. You will find articles on recording, editing / production, mixing, mastering, copyright information, marketing information, venues and much more.
