20,000 sqft of administrative and business/customer support offices, an operating room suite
that included 2 operating rooms, a scanning department that included Mammography, Dexa,

The building also included a full energy management system that efficiently manages the
building energy consumption from internet point. This allows the facility management team
24/7 access for infrastructure management. The building HVAC systems included 8 custom
air handling units that have fan array technology to provide redundancy for the air systems
throughout the building. The boiler plant utilized off peak electric, natural gas, and fuel oil as
fuel options for the steam plant to allow the owner to minimize operational costs.
Commissioning Solutions (CxS) provided full commissioning services for the mechanical and
electrical system minimizing hundreds of operational problems for the owners for years to
come.
