WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TECHNICAL TALENT PROGRAM AND TETRA PAK? I was eager to experience what it is like to actually be an engineer. I felt I wanted to gain more practical knowledge to combine with the theoretical knowledge my studies have given me. Tetra Pak felt like the right company for me since I wanted to work with automation and I believed that the size of the company meant that there would be a lot of interesting projects going on.
WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN? I have been working with software development for automation. This has included testing and programming as well as some technical enquiries.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY CHALLENGES? To work alone with a task that is not well defined and where I have been responsible to figure out the next step and to actually make it happen. While in school most of the problems you solve are of the sort that you know from the beginning what needs to be done and what tools you have at your disposal.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY THE MOST? The feeling of seeing how a problem that has been troubling you for weeks is finally being solved. I also appreciate that my mentor has the mentality that I am here foremost to learn and therefore has given me assignments that have been of varying character.
