TECHNICAL TALENT PROGRAM
A TRAINEE PROGRAM DURING YOUR STUDIES!
Do you have a goal to work as an engineer and would like to take part of real engineering work while you are studying? If so, take a closer look at Tetra Pak Technical Talent Program.
WHAT IS IT? The Technical Talent Program is a program for ambitious engineering students with a genuine interest in technology. It is a chance for you to gain insight and experience from a potential future employer and develop an understanding about your own professional future. The intention of the program is to have a collaboration that extends throughout your education. After your final degree the program could lead to a future employment at Tetra Pak.
CONTENT The Technical Talent Program consists of three parts:
• Mentor. A dedicated mentor will follow you through the program and will design a development plan, provide you with engineering tasks during the summers and if possible during the school terms.
• Summer Work. The first year starts with summer work. You will work in development projects to expand your professional experience and get to know the company.
• Master Thesis project. You will get the opportunity to perform a Master Thesis project at Tetra Pak.
WHO CAN APPLY? We are primarily looking for students in their 3rd year, studying for instance: Mechanical Engineering- Automation- Engineering Physics- Electrical Engineering- Computer Science- Chemistry- Industrial Engineering- Food Technology- Biotechnology. As a person you are result oriented and have the ability to take own initiatives and drive your own activities. You are curious, analytical, and have a sincere interest in technical problems and solutions. You are eager to learn and to develop yourself.
A good command of English and Swedish, both written and verbal is required.
