A tale as old as time, Drew and Rachel’ s love story goes back to their high school days in New York. Shortly after they began dating, they visited Newport regularly until it became their go-to getaway spot. Known for its breathtaking scenery and warm charm, Drew couldn’ t imagine proposing anywhere else to Rachel. On May 24, 2025, a day marked forever for the joyous couple, Drew asked Rachel if they could spend the rest of their lives together. After discovering photographers Jamal and Lashana Burley through social media, Drew was captivated by one of their photo shoots at a similar location— the scenery, setup and attention to detail that matched exactly what he had envisioned. The couple will wed in December 2026.
