We ’ ve done this in the form of a ‘ spritz ’ bar , where guests can pick the aperitif , juice or syrup they ’ d like with their Prosecco ( it also works well with margaritas !). Go crazy with different flavors , spice level , salts and garnishes . Another favorite themed drink bar we featured was during the dessert portion of a wedding — light and dark espresso martinis , as well as a salted caramel option . It keeps the dance floor moving all night !”
